The second quarter of 2024 saw significant activity in the free-to-play gaming sector in Cyprus. According to data from Sensor Tower, the top 5 games—Coin Master, Brawl Stars, Candy Crush Saga, Roblox, and PUBG MOBILE—exhibited distinct trends in weekly downloads and revenue.

Coin Master from Moon Active experienced a notable fluctuation in weekly revenue, starting at around $60.6K in early April and then dropping to approximately $34.5K in the second week. By the end of June, revenue stabilized around $21.4K. Weekly downloads for Coin Master showed a moderate decline, beginning at nearly 500 and ending the quarter at close to 400.

Brawl Stars from Supercell saw a peak in weekly revenue in late April with approximately $20.7K. However, it exhibited a general downward trend, concluding the quarter at around $12.5K. Downloads also varied, with a high of over 6.2K in the week of April 29, before settling to around 2.5K by the end of June.

King's Candy Crush Saga maintained relatively consistent weekly revenue, fluctuating between $7.8K and $9.7K. Weekly downloads were steady as well, ranging from around 530 to 800, with a slight dip mid-quarter.

Roblox by Roblox Corporation showed a mixed revenue trend, peaking at about $9.7K in late April and ending June with approximately $9.4K. Downloads for Roblox displayed a slight increase over the quarter, starting at 1.5K and rising to nearly 2K.

The performance of PUBG MOBILE from Tencent Mobile International Limited was marked by a peak in weekly revenue of around $9.6K in early April, followed by a decline to about $4.5K by the end of June. Weekly downloads remained relatively stable, fluctuating between 700 and 1.1K.
